Was able to use it when installed but since then it’s been a nightmare never worked every time you open the app it crashes. Feels like joke a banking app not fit for purpose.Developer Response

Many features in the app are shown as “coming soon”. Either remove those things or update it soon. This app crashes at times. Login is still using pin, whereas all the other banks have biometric or face id login access for supportive devices. App is useful for doing fund transfers, balance check etc. Overall the User Experience is average.Show lessDeveloper Response

I am a long time federal bank customer. The app and website are both joke. Customers will be forced through endless redirects and buggy pages which either crashes or simply hangs.
If someone from federal bank is reading this, you have tiers 3software dev team. Anywhere else in the world if some one build such an unusable poor excuse of a website or app, you will get fired.Show lessDeveloper Response
