Crash
So i downloaded this app and have not been able to get past picking the cut of meat I am using because the app simply crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled it 5x’s but still problem persists. This is the only app that does this on my phone
No longer works
I used this app religiously and it was always a perfect timer. Really disappointed that the week before Thanksgiving the app no longer works and crashes anytime I try to create a timer. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still nothing.
App won’t run
Opens lets me select a roast then the app closes, it used to work great now it not usable 😔😔
Timer could use some minor adjustments
The app is overall very handy, but the timer app could use some work. Mostly, it would be nice if it told you what temperature you were looking for (or a range) in addition to giving cooking time for more precise cooking. It would also be nice if there was a way to adjust time for convection ovens, as they are pretty common in modern kitchens; especially since the temperature is not given. Ideally adding both would be fantastic. As it is you need to be referencing temperature charts as well as the timer when using the app to get to your ideal doneness regardless of the type of oven you have.
It seems like the timer overestimates cooking time, as if it is expecting you to have a low quality oven with a lot of heat loss, and one that does not have different modes for bake and roast (let alone those with convection option, as stated above) If following the instructions for rare in many of the cuts I would have a very well done roast (my oven is calibrated and quite accurate with or without convection).

Freezes when trying to use
Don’t recommend this app as it freezes up when you try to use it. Using it with an iPhone 12.
standing rib roast
Bought a large standing rib for new years dinner. Since it was expensive and I didn't want to mess it up, I found and used this app.
I put in the size, type, and how I wanted it cooked and I followed the app and cooked this roast perfectly. With a 6.5 pound roast, it was totally accurate. Almost to the minute. Will definitely use it again.

Don’t Trust It!
Let me begin by saying our oven is calibrated. We roasted an 8 1/2 pound New York Strip and followed all directions and prompts for medium rare. We ended up with well done even after taking it out of the oven 15 minutes early.
Ruined our Christmas dinner.
My fault for trusting it. Should have stuck with my old fashioned thermometer.

Set an actual timer
The app is fine for figuring out the timing based on size, but the timer doesn't automatically advance to the next step. I pushed next step and it didn't start and almost ruined everything. Should have just set a timer on my phone
Inaccurate roast time and temperature
I followed this for a 20 lb bone in prime rib roast for medium rare and it come out well done. I followed instructions to the exact sec and temp that was listed and now my Christmas roast is ruined.

Finally found a useful app. Just follow the instructions and make your family smile. I can not wait to try other cuts and roasts. App has everyyou need.
