Points don’t work
Incredibly frustrating to have 2888 points and now be able to redeem them, both in app and in store. False advertising to have big signs up in store promoting an app that doesn’t even work. Do better freshii.
What happened?
The app has gotten so much worse it’s practically useless, not user friendly at all - what happened with the company? The brand looks so tacky and outdated now. Bring back 2021 Freshii!

Doesn’t allow for protein opt out
Usually I have no issue but for some reason, even with selecting the offered option of “No Protein”, I couldn’t check out until I selected a protein. That’s annoying.
Tip Feature
Great app for viewing however the store often has difficulties connecting with the scannable barcode and processing digital gift cards. When you place an order, it automatically adds a tip when there is no extra service to you, aside from the preparing of the food which you paid for/they are being paid for.
