Missing items and wrong wraps
Love this place and the old “Tex Mex” (that has chicken) wrap. I was told before to order “Sesame Crunch Roll (that has chicken) AS Tex Mex” to get it off menu. I have done this 3 times since I was told this and turned out fine. Tonight, we got the Steak Texas wrap and was not the “Tex Mex”. In addition we ordered 2 of the OG Energy Bites for snack tomorrow morning for camp we received 1.
We still love this place but pretty hangry when the meal was wrong and kiddos have to split these amazing snacks. Still delicious. We will still be back!

Illegal Fees
This app charges you an “Eco Fee” for a paper bag when picking up an order, but you never actually get one. As per the City’s bylaw, this fee is supposed to be optional (to encourage bringing your own bag), yet there is no way to decline. Freshii has stated they’re working on it for months, but nothing ever changes.

Became worse
Can’t place an order, always says “couldn’t pre authorize your credit card” even though I tried many different working cards. The loyalty system is a joke, you can’t use points towards what you want, only what they allow you to and those are the most basic items that you cannot even customize, for example a small soup with no protein.
Adding to cart process is intentionally bad to make you go through a long list of additional ingredients to sell you more and UI is choppy.

Great app!
Easy to use the app. Quick and able to track points etc..
Lacks key features
The most obvious thing - the ability to reorder your favourite. If I’m loyal enough to download your app, why do I have to recreate my favourite wrap *every single time?*
Also, I’m annoyed that tips have been removed from the app - it’s anti-worker.

Mandatory tips
The app forces you to pay tips without the option to take it out. Apparently they have been “working on it” but it’s been over months that still hasn’t been resolved.
Hidden Fees
The fees when you order online don’t add up to what you’re supposed to pay, and there’s no explanation what the extra changes are. Very Sneaky!
App no longer shows allergens
New corporate owners are literally ruining everything I loved about this restaurant franchise (menu, app, safety features, loyalty program, etc )
