As far as I can tell, this app is no longer relevant (except on very old iOS devices). There does not seem to be a website any more to even update or trouble shoot. Argh.Joanithan
Lights still work,but….
The app doesn’t link to the lights anymore. Unfortunately there isn’t any buttons on the lights. So there is no way to control them.
Bummer using an iPhone 12 also tried using my old iPhone X.Jsw494

GE should be ashamed to sponsor this item and it's app. I have lost a lot of time trying to get them to work. I don't have an old device to try so it is use them on whatever setting the default to or toss out multiple setsChappie444

App problem
The lights are stuck in random mode!
The app will not connect to the lights, it keeps saying “invalid” we never had a problem before, it just this year. Shouldn’t be surprised it’s 2020 🤷🏽♂️CALICHICK3688
