UPDATE NEEDED ASAP!
Fix your App or dont sell a product that doesnt work correctly. Not being able to connect is annoying
App problem
The lights are stuck in random mode!
The app will not connect to the lights, it keeps saying “invalid” we never had a problem before, it just this year. Shouldn’t be surprised it’s 2020 🤷🏽♂️

It’s garbage after a month. It’s a trap.
This is probably one product I can never buy again. Bulbs fail after 2 weeks. Wi-Fi stops connecting, app is garbage, support is non-exsistent. Disappointed is an understatement.
Still works
The app was not connecting with my iPhone 11. Kept getting error that I needed to connect to the iTwinkle WiFi. I used an old iphone 4 that my kids were using and it worked! Try an old iPhone on a older iOS. I have 3 sets, connected to WiFi on each, one by one first then just connected to iTwinkle01 and they all worked. I do not see the general WiFi that combines all 3 anymore. Hope this helps.

App not working
Sadly hooked up for 2020 and it keeps telling me to enter the WiFi code 20152015. Sad because these were the best lights ever. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes.
Old I phone works
Mine stopped in 2019 after iOS update and read here about old device and it worked. I Use an old 4s and it works on the highest operating system it will take.
Work Around Fix
For those that cannot connect. Use an old device running old iOS. I had same problems no longer able to control lights even though it says connected. Use a device, old iPhone/iPad or iPod. I have one running iOS 12 and I can control lights again. The support for these products are awful and an embarrassment to Nicholas Holiday Lighting and app developers.

Will not connect to Wi-Fi
Despite trouble shooting efforts and multiple tries I cannot connect to the Wi-Fi to control the lights. It says I’m connected but the lights clearly are not connected and will not connect.
Awful product and App
Connected and worked when I first got them, next season I tried and even though I’m connected to the iTwinkle WiFi the app says I’m not. Only way to turn them on is through the app so now they are garbage. I waited another year and no updates to the app to fix this. Product made by GE but gets no support? Awful, don’t waste your money.

waste of money
i bought these lights and even if it’s connected it will say it’s not connected. this is a whole scam and the company won’t bother updating the app either. Along with that i found the app is only compatible with a certain IOS, if you can’t update or make your app compatible with the updates and the newer IOS don’t bother making an app in the first place. very angry & disappointed
