Still works
The app was not connecting with my iPhone 11. Kept getting error that I needed to connect to the iTwinkle WiFi. I used an old iphone 4 that my kids were using and it worked! Try an old iPhone on a older iOS. I have 3 sets, connected to WiFi on each, one by one first then just connected to iTwinkle01 and they all worked. I do not see the general WiFi that combines all 3 anymore. Hope this helps.Show lessKeimart
App not working
Sadly hooked up for 2020 and it keeps telling me to enter the WiFi code 20152015. Sad because these were the best lights ever. Hopefully the manufacturer fixes.Gamin fun
Will not connect to Wi-Fi
Despite trouble shooting efforts and multiple tries I cannot connect to the Wi-Fi to control the lights. It says I’m connected but the lights clearly are not connected and will not connect.rdoss4
Garbage Application
Don’t buy this brand!!!!! Waste of money. It can’t do what they say. Boy, this is the most frustrating downgrade of an app. It never worked well but now it doesn’t work at all. I will never buy this brand of lights again. The lights are useless. Stuck on a 3 light at a time sort of a scroll. It is fugly and idiotic. I once had a cool blue twinkle feature that would have been cool for honoring healthcare workers but nope the lights are stuck on stupid mode.Show lessmomofcruz

DO NOT BUY - after a few years
Lights worked beautifully for the first two years. Went to connect this year and it failed. App doesn’t exist for Samsung phones and app doesn’t function on iPhones. Clearly iTwinkle doesn’t update the apps.SalinasSlug

We are having the exact same issue and I called GE support with no help... they no longer provide support for this item bc it is no longer manufacturered! Super annoyingCaremp
Need update to work with iOS 13
If you have an old iPhone with iOS 12 it will work. The developers gave up on the app I guess.Bob A Gooey
FIGURED IT OUT
Thanks to the reviewer that figured it out. Have used these lights for several years. Couldn’t get APP to work this year. Spent way to long trying. Saw that someone tried an old iPad. Worked like a charm for me. I have an iPad that is 6 years old. Downloaded the app. GOOD TO GO.Hiway505
