NEEDS Updates!!
PLZ FIX!! As of mid October 2019 the app crashes EVERY TIME I try to enter blocks or accept/decline games.

App doesn’t work
I’m having difficulties viewing my schedule. One moment it there, next time I log in, it disappears. I’ve had to delete app and download over again. So frustrating.HI96782
I never signed up
This app is horrible. I’m a football referee and never signed up for this app. I’m not sure how it happened but someone was able to sign me up without my knowledge and accept games.
I had to download the app just to contact the athletic directors that I wouldn’t be at their games.Dave4525
Fine but needs improvements.
Gets the job done but I don’t like how the push notifications don’t work all the time. I also don’t like how annoying it is when it logs out and the face id fill in doesn’t work. Please make the app kore user friendly.Sam's iPod Touch 3rd Gen.
Major Improvement
When I initially tried the app a couple of years ago it was barely usable or useful. Fast forward to now and has improved in major ways. For example, features such as texting the crew and the ability to sync with my phones calendar by subscribing (iPhone) via iCal I highly appreciate.
Some improvements I would suggest is having a more efficient sync capabilities between updates made on the full website and the mobile version. For example, I tried to add a block on the mobile site and it transferred the information to the full site immediately. However, when I reset and updated my blocks on the full site, it still has an old version of my blocks shown in the mobile app. It’s updates between each other seen out of sync from site to mobile. Or it takes maybe a day to finally catch up. So if that’s fixable that would be appreciated to avoid confusing assignors and myself.

Broken
Garbage. Once app is opened it only spins and never loads information. Have screenshot video if developers would like to see. Extremely frustrating. Miss the days of Zebra-Ware. A platform that actually worked!AChesnut

Double charged-no response from inquiring
Was double-charged when downloading the app, and 2 attempts to contact Arbiter for a refund went unanswered- have no patience for poor customer service:(fivejankes
Good Resource - Room for improvement
Really solid app for first try. Hopefully Arbiter continues to add functionality and improvements. The annoying thing is taking away Touch Id login. Makes signing in areal PITA.Brian from DC

Great feedback Brian! We're looking into different ways we can address some of problems with logging in. But to be real, a fix might be months away. As you mentioned, we'll continue to work on this to make steady improvements.
