  • Hardly even attempting an effort

Well this would normally be considered a valuable app. The updates do nothing but break the app further. The sign in is now impossible to do with just one thumbprint… What were you thinking? What would make the app valuable is a space to mark when you’ve been paid for a high school game for personal use rather than what seems to have been applied for Assignor’s

  • Very buggy

$10 for an app that doesn’t work and is very buggy. Game schedules disappear, even when I know I have a game. It will send you multiple notifications on one thing and when you click on that notification, it takes you nowhere but a blank screen. The idea is great and this would be an extremely helpful app if it actually worked. In the current state it’s not worth if even if it was free, but $10 for the thing is absolute highway robbery

  • Horrible

The app performs horribly. If it did what it was supposed to do on a consistent basis it would be super-helpful. I’m very glad I only used a gift card to pay for it and not my actual money. It crashes regularly. Sometimes it shows zero assignments or blocks on the app despite having previously shown lots of assignments or blocks. The in app messaging/email system is a joke. It shows unread messages for days despite having looked at the messages.

The only thing I’m happy about with the app is the iCal function which automatically imports game assignments from Arbiter to the calendar on your phone.

Not worth the money. I would suggest charging schools/associations 10 cents more and earn enough to redo the app and make it free for all users.

  • What Happened?

I have been using Arbiter mobile for almost a year. Finding it convenient and worth the expense. But just like another review, my calendar is suddenly gone. With the basketball season coming up and 13 games already assigned, I am so disappointed. I am now working through free online service off my computer. Games have been uploaded to my iCalendar, linked through my iCloud to my iPhone iCalendar. To note I have been able to accept games on my mobile device and then the game disappears. The is nothing on my ArbiterMobile App calendar since late last week. What the heck.

  • Waste of Money

I have used the previous version and had no problems. In fact I went to open up my mobile app and the previous version and it made me pay and download an upgrade to this one. Now the other one is working. I feel like I’ve been swindled out of $8.99. The new version I cannot even figure out how to except the games. I have to go to the calendar trying to figure out which day is it that have not been excepted and go in and except it. The one thing that is good about this is that I could text the whole crew right out of the application. This new application needs a lot of help!

  • Awful Platform/Layout

For $8.99, this is a joke. I feel like I’m being swindled out of money for it. The web browser is free and when we pay out of pocket for everything else as officials, this kind of service should remain free or a one-time (not annual) fee, to help us out with our costs to work these games, pay the state and pay our assignors.

Aesthetically this looks like it was thrown together in 3 hours. No thought in maneuverability or care into user friendliness. This needs a MAJOR overhaul by someone with some design and software experience.

  • Loves making me sign in

Dude, WHY must I constantly sign in? "Your session has expired, please enter your entire email and password again because if someone stole and broke into your phone Arbiter is your biggest worry." No other app is this ridiculous, even my bank app holds my email.
Don't blame my phone, it's not the phone. Otherwise the app is pretty good.

  • Saved me more than once

The Mobile App loads much faster than the web based version. When you are trying to connect to a partner or contact a school Administrator time is important. Even in areas with poor cell service the mobile app loads quickly to provide the info I need to get the game going. Keep making improvements, you are doing good work!!!

  • Not worth the price

This is unfortunate, the app is semi convenient but with the continuous bugs and errors that occur, makes it hard to give it more than one Star.

This app needs to be handed over to a company that can make it run smoothly and have it be reliable. It will crash and have me re login every day.

One day I got continuous notifications that my assignor was sending out emails to our group but it was the same email from 7:00am. It was a bit annoying since I am in meetings through the day and my watch and phone vibrate the notification from the app.

This app should be free unless it offers a more reliable commutation to our organization. Not worth the $8.99 I paid.

Please correct and add features to make it more convenient.

  • New update fixes everything

It looks like every concern was met by new update. My connect subscription seems to be recognised immediately.

I did not expect this but am now able to see if I was paid via Arbiter for any game on my schedule by clicking on the game and there is even a feature where I can pull up all unpaid games to make sure checks came in for those not on Arbiter.

I could not get Arbiter to email me the ICal address for my calendar no matter how I tried but the app has an option to add calendar to iPhone and that worked. So now, I don’t have to take all the steps to login to Arbiter to see my schedule, location, role assigned, partner etc. Which is what I’ve always wanted to be able to do.

You have an active link now for gps directions from app (as well as google calendar if you add the iCal calendar feature).

The app has an active link within each listed assignment for each partner, administrative contact at location and assignor.

There is a small charge now to get reminders sent to you for games via ArbiterConnect but worth every penny to be able to better keep track of schedule. Certainly there was some expense in developing this software so the subscription amount is well earned in my opinion.

Blocking dates from the app is much easier than from the website as well.
