App no longer works on iOS 12.5.7 (iPhone 5s)

Disappointed.

The update doesn’t work 0n the Wah or pitch. They both sound like a chorus pedal. What up? Well after a month from the support staff I learned on my own if you use windows 10/11 in Microsoft it’s mandatory to delete the S Mode because Microsoft won’t except a 3rd party app. The instructions are vague. NUX had no idea about the S Mode, so I told them to put in their instructions. Now back to the updates, I like the all of them except for the Mono Octave. It sounds like a ring modulator on steroids, it’s so bad it makes me nauseous. The only note that sounded almost bearable is F on the 6th string. The Auto Wah is glitchy and that gets annoying. You just have to find the sweet spot, it’s not that good but if it is buried in with back ground music you don’t notice it. NUX says they can’t do anything with the Mono Octave or Wah. I wish I knew that Positive Grid was in the works of the spark 2. I wouldn’t have bought the Mighty Space. Now I’m screwed.

With the Wah & pitch. Thanks for listening to us living room jammers.

Rubbish

Amp doesn’t work without the App, and the app cannot connect to the amp!!! Total garbage! Avoid this one!

Latest update for custom jam tracks

Great concept but doesn’t work on ipad or iPhone. Does anyone actually test these features before releasing them? Fixed briefly.
Latest update has broken the custom track loading…again! Really!

Backing tracks issue

Great sounding item unfortunately let down by the inability to adjust the volume on the backing tracks making if difficult to play along to.

This issue has been raised on several youtube video comments on this item but as yet unanswered, lets have a update on the software please to solve this

Good but could be way better.

I don’t usually review apps. I’m writing this hoping someone from their team reads this. I think you should remove the jam tracks feature and replace it with a tone library. Id like to be able to save multiple tones on the side that i can quickly switch to. Right now we are limited to just saving over the channels.

Firmware Update

You should be able to update the firmware through the app. My mighty plug won’t show up on the windows device updater so I can’t use the product. Just a $100 paper weight.
