Horrible

The app is so poorly designed it’s almost impossible to use. I’m constantly having to close the app and restart it because it will freeze or keep reloading. Face ID never works and often it won’t let me log in with my password. I’m honestly concerned about how secure my banking information is because of how bad the app is.

New app

Much better app- doesn’t take forever to load or switch to another page Good job

But Face ID doesn’t load I still have to log in with username and password

Great Banking!

I find this the easiest online banking system that I have used. If I have had questions or banking issues I have received a quick response and successful outcome.
When I have had to go into an actual YNCU office I have been treated great. Who can say that they actually enjoy having to go into their bank? It doesn’t matter which branch I have gone into I have always been greeted by people who are actually happy to serve my needs!

App Shut down

I’ve been using this app for just over a year now and the lay out is ok but it cuts out all the time sometimes it’s slow as well

Interact transfers

For about 1 month now, the app will not allow me to accept interact e-transfers. I have to use the website.

YNCU app

App only works 1/2 the time. Boots me out often. Goes all blank and asks for extra credentials for login then boots me out. Worst banking app I’ve ever used. Updates need to be made to get with the times. Absolute garbage

Mastercard

I have lots trouble trying to get to my Mastercard account. When I would log on my be Community First account the icon would be right there on bottom left, on your sight I have to find it, not easy for me to do

Needs a complete rethink

This app sucks! Always have issues with login and doesn’t recognize correct password or answers to secondary questions or facial recognition. I’m tired of having to call support to reset my password after being locked out.
I go to the website even to reset the password and the page keeps resetting claiming I enter a wrong date or failed to select a province when I had. Get your act together!

Not allowing me to pay bills

All was well until I tried to pay my MasterCard bill from my golden chewing account. Only 9.67 but it is giving me an error message. Hope this is not going to happen frequently.
