Crashes more than it should, or used to when it was operated by the grand forks credit union
Very original and informative update descriptions though, gotta give credit where it’s due. Maybe someone should change a word or two in between “updates” . Copy and paste is my CS major too, but that’s not a real thing. Hope things go back to how it was. Grand forks was the “richest” credit union in BC/member and it unfortunately really shows that this is not the same credit union.. (except the location of course)
I guess the credit union was going downhill for years, or they wouldn’t have had an interest in merging.
The App still is worse though, and it’s been around longer than you’ve been involved in Grand Forks, which is odd. Whoever’s in charge of running this hopefully is benefitting from some form nepotism at least. Hah.. shouldn’t have scrapped the old code maybeShow lessDeveloper Response

This app sucks. I have spent at least 3 hours trying to find how to get my bank statements and simple reports on my spending to clarify for myself what my cash flow is. I also tried on-line banking to no avail. I am debating switching to the other bank in our town as this app is not user friendly!Show lessDeveloper Response

This app is garbage. So frustrating to not be able to perform simple bill payments or access account balances without the app crashing several times over.Developer Response
