We're working on improving the app experience to make it better and more secure. Members can now setup or remove Multi-Factor Authentication methods and set up Password Recovery which allows you to reset your online banking password if you forget it. In the new version, we've fixed some bugs to improve the performance and address some known issues. Members who have enabled Face/Touch ID login on their devices will need to input their online banking password during the first login after updating the app. After that first login, your Touch or Face ID will continue to work as expected.

Frustrating

Despite having Quick View and Facial ID recognition enabled I see neither without logging in. What’s the point of enaith if they don’t work?

Login process is awful

Once you get into the app, everything works pretty well, but I have other banking apps and none of them are nearly as clunky and slow when it comes to the login process. I really wish the developers would consider streamlining the process and letting you login immediately with Face ID like every other banking app, instead of making you insert your password everytime.

Authentication gone mad

Absolute sick and tired of the faulty authentication. Logs on via biometrics - or so you think… go to do something and it asks you to login via password and sometimes even MFA.

I’ve got a complex password! I want to use biometrics to not have to type it in multiple times a day.

REALLY disappointed in this update. As a tech professional, I see so many gaps in the implementation it makes me who’s running the show and if things are just going to keep getting worse.
