Decent enough but user interface is often glitchy or takes extra to load, other times crashes without warning and works slowly. Like it’s fine but not the easiest to use
Security overkill
App allows for facial recognition but still requires you to enter your PAC and answer a security question which defeats the purpose of facial recognition.
Worst banking app ever
Constantly says my session has expired after trying to login. And I don’t mean once I literally mean every single time it is truly a chore to try to sign into this app. Eventually it does work after about two or three tries.
YNCU service
We get unbelievable service from our YNCU in Windsor. No matter what our problem is the group help us sort it out. It is amazing as we have dealt with regular banks and not one provides the service we receive there. Also your internet setup is excellent.

Not very user friendly. What ever happened to the K.I.S.S. Method. I much prefer the original Bank Sign in VS this app.

This app is garbage. You can’t even see any credit card information. So old and outdated. Missing so many features.
