  • Problem login in

    It keeps asking to logout and login again. I cannot have anything done in the app
  • Needs more Community Provider connection

    This concept was overdue to help both VA and community providers communicate exam and diagnostic notes; as well as access lab work and personal health monitoring data from all sources. Duplication of lab tests, and lack of awareness of different diagnoses and treatments by multiple providers outside VA adds costs of healthcare while impeding positive outcomes. Not all veterans get to communicate concisely what treatments they receive between VA and Community providers. Also the advent of personal health monitoring technologies should be fully exploited to share data among all healthcare providers for the benefits of early symptom warnings, as well as the more realistic picture of total health that providers can leverage for better outcomes. To that end, reports need to be built into the apps to better communicate the data on focus areas such as Cardiology, Diabetes, Respiration, to name a few. Also a wider outreach to connect community providers is vital to sharing data in regions where there are few healthcare providers per capita, and even fewer specialists, as providers leave the field.

    Like many others, I can’t get past the terms and conditions screen.
  • Updates Appreciated

    Creating an account is much easier with the new app and updates. Particularly appreciate the changes to allow staying signed in longer and use Face ID. Convenient option for logging blood sugar data to share with VA providers.

  • No option to enable Face ID

    The app never provided the popup giving the option to use Face ID. Tapping Profile closes the app and results in having to sign in again.

    We're sorry to learn that you experienced unexpected app closure after trying to use Face ID. We expect to have Face ID login within the next few months, but until then we recommend manual login. Please reach out to the Health Resource Center Help Desk at 877-470-5947 if you encounter issues.
  • Does not allow login to work at all

    This app would have been great if it works however whenever you try to log in all you see or a white screen and pops ups are not blocked on my phone. They need to fix this asap.
  • Do Not Download

    Sadly the app does not work as specified. I could only get to main page and that was it. IDme does not work nor does any other effort to log in. I’m sure that it could be an Awesome app, but it’s clearly not ready for release at this point in time.
  • Unable to login

    I'm sure this app could have great benefits. However, when you try to login a screen pops up goes white and nothing happens. Developers need to fix this as soon as possible!

    We're sorry to learn that you have had difficulty signing in. VA is currently working on an updated version of this application with plans to launch in 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will download the replacement when it's available for Veteran use.
