Great potential but bad instructions to help us access the app
You guys need to add step by step process as to how to acquire a participation code. You only ask us to ask a staff member in the VA to get access to the event. What event are we participating? I thought this is an application to easily get access to our VA medical records just in case of emergencies or just review information from our visit with the doctor. If this is a video type zoom application, you guys are misleading us veterans with the notion that we are able to view our medical records through this application. So sad.Show lessFranky1alaska
