App crashes
The app keeps constantly crashing and I have to keep turning off my device to reset it. Prices seem to be good though. I’ve booked a room for November. I’m feeling I had better double check with hotel they have a booking before I go.
All my travel needs a great discount
I’m a retired airline employee, so therefore, I use it for everything except my flights which I handle through my own company app, but the cruises, the resorts, car rentals and hotels have been a wonderful benefit with great discounts and easy to access. i’ve invited and shared Id 90 with many friends and family to this app and they are all happy I did. pros: always fast, efficient loads, auto saves used buddy pass riders
cons: it logs out frequently, don’t like how when putting in flight information it automatically does the departure date in between selecting airports. not a huge problem but a little annoying.

Re activated
My IC90 was long time non active and since last week i try to re activated my account …after 10 days support’s team name Matt finally that long process now i can use it….thank you team support to put it back my account….really appreciate it
Useless -ID90 took payment t in full from our credit card but didn’t make a reservation
Our experience with attempting to book a hotel through this App- ID90 took payment for a hotel booking made through the App, and instantly a pop up appeared with an error message saying that we needed to phone the hotel. When we phoned the hotel (Hilton), the hotel had no record of our booking despite ID90 taking payment in full for the room. No support from ID90 is available outside US weekday business hours. We had to pay the hotel directly almost double the advertised rate on ID90 for a room for the night whilst also waiting for ID90 to return our payment we had made to them for the room.

They are a SCAM & FRAUDS, RUN, BEWARE!
They Advertised a Room at a Ramada Plaza in College PARK, GA that the hotel themselves did not have. I had to involve the college park police on the fraud. I was scammed and I do not wanna see this happen to anyone else. Please run? They don’t even answer calls. I got through to IDTravel90 once. The hotel said they are a 3rd party to Priceline. They will try to keep your hard earn pay. I had to get my banks lawyers involved and literally give them the police report number to investigate. Stay away from this business I beg you! They are not even worth one star very hellish, nightmarish experience.

Great app - but keeps freezing
The app is great, great layout, great functionality, and easy to use. The only problem I have been receiving for the past year now is the app randomly just goes white - the entire screen just turns white and I have to close down the app and start it back up again to fix it. Devs, any solutions to this? Thanks!
