  • Terribly basic annoying and frustrating

    Doesn't even support biometric login, Apple Pay, UI looks designed by an accountant in 1990. Completely useless.

    Whoever designed this should be simply fired. Or sent back in time.

  • App not working

    After this most recent update one week ago I can’t open the app on my IPhone 6 it just closes immediately after I click on it. This is really frustrating as I’m having trouble accessing my account anywhere else, hope this gets fixed soon.

  • Quick and easy

    I love this app, so much faster than going online, I can check balances quickly when connected to Wifi (chews a lot of data if you do this in town), but it is so fast for paying bills and making transfers! So handy to keep track of purchases.

  • App not working

    The app has suddenly stopped in my Apple 6 it opens and closed straight away. I have contacted TSB and they have said I might not get reply until early following week. Not great when your out and about and want to transfer money.

  • It’s ok but way behind the rest

    No Apple Pay….. seriously?
    Most of the functions are fine but had we known TSB didn’t have Apple Pay we probably would’ve gone with another bank.
  • Needs overhaul

    TSB mobile banking app is very much in the dark ages. So needs to be undated. PLEASE can we be allowed to download our visa statements from app instead of having to constantly connect to a online computer to download.
  • Disappointing

    Really frustrating that you can’t see the account number you’ve sent a payment to - instead you have to muck around, logging into their website to view where the money went.

    Can’t view statements in the app. Really?

    Can’t login with Face ID - this gets annoying pretty fast and makes TSB’s tech look really weak compared to ANZ and BNZ’s apps.

    The font for transactions is too small.

    It’s also annoying that it removes capital letters (except the first one) from transaction references - makes it hard to read and looks like it’s littered with typos I didn’t make.
