More functionality needed for 2nd person approvals
Really great to be able to access business account via app. However I would like to request a couple of features which would enhance usability of the app more:
My payments have to be approved by a second person and so when I make a payment I get an onscreen message saying they need to be approved but then there is no record of the transaction request and I’m having to record separately to track my payments. It would be helpful to see these as listed in the app as pending approval transactions.
Currently for the person doing payment approvals, they have to log into the desktop version to do this. It would be very helpful to be able to do payment approvals from the app

This is more a review of the service and a warning not to use this bank for business purposes. ⚠️
I have been trying to remove a ex-partner from the mandate for the last 2 months. I have been told by different teams to send different forms to resolve the situation. Customer complaints teams have closed the case twice before resolving the issue. The ex-partner still has access to our account even after we were promised multiple times that they were removed. Raising this issue with the financial ombudsman.
The app is basic. The splash screen is ugly and hasn’t been updated in 4 years. 👎Show lessNeeds to include transaction search functionality
The app is okay. There is a massive requirement to include the functionality to be able to search transactions using a search bar. At the moment if you want to look for a particular transaction you either have to go through each transaction manually or log on via a computer. It’s very painful especially if you don’t actually own a computer. It’s a simple piece of functionality that most other banking apps provide flawlessly.
Other than this other features are okay. Glad they added the functionality to pay someone new on the app.Show less
