Love the app missing the free cross stitch patterns posted on Facebook
I was introduced to Cross Stitch World. I love the fact it is relaxing. I gave it a 4 stars because when I first started playing you could download the free cross stitch pattern for the week without having to use your computer. I have been creating my own patterns to try and save so I don’t have to spend any real cash to buy credit to buy patterns. Wishing you could earn more on those because there are patterns I would love to buy however at $13 or whatever you get for the pattern doesn’t add up fast enough. Fun but Expensive
This game is really really fun. I have so much fun playing it and can play it for hours. However, the packs are very expensive and I have been saving up for around 1 and a half years but only have enough for 4 packs. All of the packs I can afford I don’t like the look of. I have also ran out of pictures to do and if I redo one it doesn’t give me any money. This is very frustrating and I would definitely give it 5 stars if the packs were cheaper or if you got more money.Show lessCara Gymnastics
Too many FB logins
I love this game. It’s very addictive. The only issue I have is that pretty much every time I open the app I have to log into Facebook again, which results in me losing all the progress on the current cross stitch that I am working on. Is this a normal thing?sassenach87

Hi, depending on your device and app versions you may be asked to log back in, however this should not affect your progress - make sure to use the Save my Work option before closing the game if you're part way through a pattern.Love it!!!
I love this app. I’ve got it on my tablet because it’s a lot bigger than my iPhone. It’s got great graphics and looks like real cross stitches. You can make a cross stitch pattern out of any picture you want whether it’s from your gallery or the internet. The only thing I would say is that if you want to buy cross stitches from the game, it costs a lot of your money that you earn in the game by completing patterns. It’s all worth it though. Definitely don’t hesitate to download this app. I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!😘😘Show lessAnna McKerracher 😜😜
Decent Game, and Relaxing
The game is fun, and a nice way to wind down, or just to entertain yourself. It would be nice, if we had more patterns in our inventory, because when we make a pattern, we don’t make much money when we sell it. Or, at least not enough to buy more decks. I LOVE the new update, because the last one was incredibly annoying, and made my review two stars. Now, I’m updating my review, and am saying it’s FOUR, because that’s what it should be! I’m really exited about the new update, and it made this game a great game again! My previous review seemed pretty upset like, and depressing, now(as long as there aren’t any more difficult updates) I plan to keep this game for a while!Show lesstwo starrer
Pros and cons
This is my go-to app when I need to wind down, but the new auto-find feature—needs the option to be turned off.. it’s very sensitive and keeps moving my board to weird places. Also if I leave the game open and lock my iPad, it almost always freezes my game to where I have to force close/reopen it. My last complaint, like everyone else, is how expensive new packs are..it’s truly ridiculous when finishing a stitch doesn’t earn you practically anything.
Recommendations : a feature where you can see the number of stitches left for a specific color.. and more supersized mysterious packs PLEASE! :)

Our next update (which should hopefully be released within the week!) will have an option to turn the jump to stitches of this colour feature off under Menu, Game Options. We're also taking note of feedback about stitches remaining for specific colours - keep an eye out for the update soon :)Love this game but...
I've been playing this game for...pfft...3 years? Maybe longer. & every time you'd update it to the new format you'd still leave in the game option to change it back to the original layout. But with these last two updates I can no longer go back to the old version. The option is there, but it doesn't change when I try & switch it. For someone like me I've been playing so long I obviously was used to the older layout of the game. Now I just find it tiring to play because with every new color I have to open the tab & pick one. As before it was all right there ABC123. I wish you guys would fix that so people who were & are used to the old layout could switch back & use it.Show lessCaroliine26
Great but crashing
I love this game. But lately it seems that every time I turn off my screen (iPhone) when I come back to the game, it’s frozen and I have to force close the game to get it back to normal. Not bad when I play for an extended period of time but when I can only play for a few mins at a time (I have 4 kids and distractions come up)....sometimes I’m restarting the game more than 10 times in an hour. SO frustrating. I don’t want to add up how much actual money I’ve spent on the game (proving how much I love it) but I would LOVE to stop this issue. Good game
This game is really fun and I enjoy the pictures/designs. It can be pretty pricey when it comes to buying cash to be able to buy packs.
Also, an idea would be to have a stitch counter for each color. If I’m working on Color A, there could be a stitch counter to let me know how many I have left. Similar to how the stitch counter pops up at 99 stitches and how we are able to tap on it to see where those stitches are at. I think that would be a great addition to the game; this way I’m not spending so much time scrolling around the board.
Also, being able to use our fingers to “pinch” the screen to zoom out or giving us a 1x zoom; so we can still see the letters but be zoomed out enough to see where we are at on the board.Show lessAriellarayne
Missing cash
I bought a cash pack from the store, because all packs cost too much money in the cross stitch store. I had to restart the app due to lags in the store, only to find that the money I had purchased was no longer there, it had gone from around 9,000 dollars to 1,700.
I then checked my iTunes account to see if the purchase had just failed, to find I had gone from $15 on my iTunes to a few cents.
I have sent through a report to the support team, however I thought best to notify other users.Show lessJ.E45
