Best Cross Stitch App!
So this has become my favourite cross stitch app. I used to do a lot of cross stitch when I was younger but what with having a disability and arthritis on top of that, I’ve had to give it up and I find this a great alternative! I used to enjoy another app but I found it too annoying what with the adds and the fact that you could not switch to landscape, along with the fact that you had to continuously swipe to find the letter or number you were currently working on. If you’re anything like me and work on one letter/number at a time it would become tedious searching for them. This app, not so! You can press and hold and it will automatically take you to a letter/number and the best part is it’s in landscape mode! Also, you don’t have annoying pop up adds and there is no subscription fee which doesn’t make you feel like you have to continuously play to get your money’s worth! The only gripe is that as others have said, you don’t get enough cash to completely play this game for free. Though if I have to pay for a game I do much prefer to top up as and when I feel like it. I would like to see more free patterns and perhaps an increase in cash when you complete a pattern (i.e, when you level up so does your cash reward) so that for those who can’t afford to top up their cash they can still play the game for free.Show lessYuffie G
Love it but lost progress
I have been playing this game for a very long time, not sure how long exactly, but I have a lot of patterns which I have completed and bought a new pack a couple of days ago, I decided to do one of the new patters as I was bored and then started another one but about half way through the app must of crashed and all of my data and progress has been lost! It’s really annoyed and upset me as I’m all the time I have played it this has never happened before, could you please sort this issue so that I can continue where I left off!Show lessHelenONeillxo

I love to do this but u charge too much for getting 10 of the pictures when u don’t give us enough to get the pictures we want... if you lower the price and give us more money for completed like 500 or more
Why don’t y’all make it where we can get real cash money for this like do $20 to cash out or do 100 in cash each day we get on then we can spend that money on buying more pictures

Good but flawed
As with other reviews this game has two major flaws. One, the prices of the packs are way too expensive for the small amount of coins earned by completing patterns and packs, the latter here being the second flaw. If packs have to be so expensive then far more money needs to be earned per pattern and pack. As it is I love the looks of the available packs but do not have a hope in hell of ever being able to buy them, unless I use my own money to buy coins within the game. Something I neither want to do nor can afford. This is by far the best cross stitch game available in every other way, make these few relatively small changes and it will be perfect. Right now I’ve just completed a pack and now cannot buy another as I don’t have anything like enough money to do so, due to the hideously high prices of them versus the very little money earned per pattern and pack. So now I have a game I cannot play, which is totally and utterly crazy!!!!!!!!!! I may as well simply delete it for all the use it is to me!Show lessClever Chaser
Bring in more Generalised Subjects but drastically lower the prices of the pattern packs
I think two of the main flaws of the app is that all the prices of the packs have all been set far too high, and also the subjects chosen for the app are totally uninteresting and someone needs to take over this and bring in more generalised subjects, and change the Mystery packs principle.
Because at the moment all the prices in the app have all been set too high from £1,500 and upwards, which is wrong, when these should be set at around £100 upwards to £1000. This is mainly due to the uninteresting subjects which have all been chosen by someone who hasn’t a clue on what would make a good subject like a portrait of someone famous, or a famous sporting event, etc.
As for the Mystery packs, these need to be changed so that when you start one of a more ‘Generalised Subject’ it then unlocks the next one, in the pack.
And if this was achieved, it would improve the app.

Hi Matthew, sorry to hear you are disappointed with the game's cross-stitch effect. Images converted into cross-stitches will not look exactly like the original images, as they have been broken down into stitches of single colours - this reflects real life cross-stitches. Although this means cross-stitches look less like the "real thing" we still think they're really fun to stitch. Cross-Stitch World does allow you to increase the number of stitches to include more than you would typically find in a real life cross-stitch to make the image more realistic too, although it will never be an exact replica of a photo. iPad/iPhone problems
I first played on my small iPhone, then I switched to my iPad, now here’s where the problems come in. My iPhone would say I’ve completed 10% and on my iPad, it would say I haven’t started it at all, so I have to start all over again, because playing on the iPad with my pencil is so much easier! My second biggest problem is the levels don’t match somehow, my iPhone says I’m level 9, and my iPad says I’m level 7, why??? Please fix these issues!

I love this app! I was a little hesitant to buy since so many apps just aren’t what they seem. Most apps are free but if you want to advance you have to buy (gems, cash, etc).
This game isn’t like that. You get some free patterns to start and then you earn points/cash as you complete them on order to buy new patterns. You also get points/cash each day just for opening the app. You can buy some points/cash if you want. I find I only have to buy point/cash occasionally.
This game/app is very relaxing. I have a very stressful job and playing games with time limits or you only have so many moves to complete the game just aren’t for me. It’s fun and it’s relaxing.
I watched a quick YTube video before I downloaded this app and it was very interesting and helpful to me in deciding to get this app.

I have played this game daily for 3 years. It being my favorite app and go to place to calm my nerves. I have also spent a lot of money to buy Cross Stitch cash...and just recently bought two of your packages. But as of two weeks ago...your app will not go on line. All my other apps go online with no problem. I’ve contacted you about this problem...and you just told me that only 15 other people have had this problem with your app and there was nothing you can do! And then you ignored my responses to contact you again!
I have contacted my ISP and they have rebooted, reconfigured and changed my IP address and I still cannot connect! I’ve updated your app and uninstalled and reinstalled...and it still won’t connect! I’ve contacted computer technicians and they have told me that somehow, your app has blocked my ISP.

Cross-Stitch World
Cross-Stitch World is such a great app. I love it & so does my daughter. It’s so relaxing & enjoyable. There are no goals just coloring fun. I love finding pictures online to use as patterns to color & share with friends. I can color for hours without being interrupted by ads. It could only be better if you could add more than one free pattern & get more than one free pattern from friends since you only get$40 a day for watching two ads.
