The sign up form doesn’t scroll all the way down

Received a copy paste response. Needs an update with the UI/UX. You guys received a review with someone else saying the same thing about the scroll issue and not being able to access the button two months ago. Please update asap. There is an issue with scrolling on the sign up form.

English Version has issues

At account creation, “we need your permission for you to use UNNI”… even though I checked all the boxes and agreed to everything, it will not let me proceed. When I hit “complete”, it refreshes the page and asks for permissions all over again. I can’t get past this point. I have tried redownloading the app, no use.

So convenient!

Global Gangnam Unni truly saved my trip! Their concierge service took care of everything - from sorting out accommodation to booking taxis and appointments + reminders. It’s so convenient to have an app that has hundreds of clinics registered to their system. It made my research a lot easier along with the verified reviews etc. Definitely recommend this app if you’re en route to Korea for treatments 🤭👏

Great experience with Unni

I had a great experience with Unni app. They have great promotions and I was able schedule with Woori through their app. They also have concierge service. I was having issue with the concierge service button on the app so I reached out to customer service and Unni customer service helped me get in touch with concierge services. The agent was very helpful, quick response, very professional and I was able to get the concierge services. I would recommend Unni app and concierge services. You will not be disappointed.

Can’t seem to get this app to work 😐

Im in the US and was only able to get it to work once but never again after that.

Amazing!

The hospitals and concierge service people are amazing. They never pushed anything on me, and let me take my time to think things through. Their concierge services include airport limousines and a personal translator to accompany you to your appointments.

Impossible to use

I can’t book consultations, I can’t use their chat counselling features. Most of it is in Korean. I ended up messaging the clinics directly and they charged me an extortionate price different from what’s listed on UNNI.

English version

English version is very bad, impossible to find any information what was available in Korean. Plus you can’t change it back..

If your nationality is set to Korea but appears in English, please check the device settings using the following paths: For iOS devices: Settings > General > Language & Region > [Korean] Settings > Gangnam Unni > Preferred Language > [Korean] If the settings are correct but you still see English or need to change your nationality set during Gangnam Unni registration, please contact our customer center at gangnamunni.channel.io for prompt assistance. Need auto translation feature

This app is great but can we add auto translation feature so non-Korean speakers can also navigate the app?
