Just forget it.
Still waiting for an update to the app so I can get my firmware updated so I can use the changes made in IOS 9.?. This app has not been updated since Dec of last year. This is really poor support. No more Belkin products for me.
Not working at all
Does not even get past splash screen on iPad Air iOS 9.3.5 . Expect much more from such a company.
Completely useless
Still doesn't support iOS 9.1 and above and so you can't update the firmware (which I need to do as I have to keep repairing to solve connection issues). Belkin support say they have no idea when a new version will be released.

The app never sinks up to my iPad and keyboard. It says that it can tell me the battery life of my keyboard but I have to reset the keyboard app every time in order to see the battery life and even with that, I think that the battery percentage is bogus.
Leaves a lot to be desired.

Using, or trying to use it an iPad Air II, have to continuously pair it. As far as the application, a monkey could produce a better on. Totally useless.

Impossible to install updates
Having spent good money on the Keyboard I believed that the backup would be as nice as the hard wear promised but sadly no I now have an update that will not install and when you contact for help I get a message back stating that my email is not on the approved email list very poor support for a otherwise nice product

Does exactly what I needed - battery life indicator
I only use this app to give me an idea of battery life remaining on my Belkin QODE keyboard case. Works fine
Waste of Time
This app is a waste of time, Belkin had the courage to say it could do lots of things, yeah what, and now it will not load on my iPad Air 2 correctly, paired but no access to the app, and this is my 3rd, Yes, Third replacement Keyboard.....

Promising but problems
Great idea NOT carried out well: 1. Firmware update problems despite following guidance on message boards; 2. Regularly loses bluetooth connection and needs to be repaired (which firmware update might solve if I could update firmware); 3. The magnets are not strong enough to hold iPad stably mounted if not sitting on a flat tabletop (like if you want to use it on your lap when sitting in an audience). Not what the sort of misses I would expect from Belkin.
