Not helpful and outdated
Had the keyboard for a few month and still can’t update the fw even though it says there is a newer version. The app does nothing other than give you the battery life level. Remaping ability would be nice to turn the home button back into the esc and the abiltiy to disable the siri button!
Works well
In 8 months of usage, I have had no issues with the app. I really like the keyboard and case, the keys are well spaced and have a positive action. I make relatively few typos in spite of its small size.

I mean, you pay a fortune for this keyboard and they tell you the app won't do it's job with the only iPad that it's supposed to work with and you haven't updated the app in 6 months to try to fix it. Get your poop in a group Belkin!!
What is this?
I've had this app for a few months and still no updates to support 9.1+? Wasted space on my iPad at this point. After spending this much on a keyboard that offered "shortcuts" I deserve to be able to use those shortcuts. But, alas, that isn't possible unless they update the firmware. Seems like false advertising if you ask me.

Can't update firmware past version 9.1
The only real use this app has it to let me know the battery level on my keyboard. It would be more useful if the firmware would update, but alas...for many, many months this hasn't been updated. To make matters worse, it gives me a notification icon "1" for the un-reachable firmware update. At least the keyboard works great!

Horrible
QODE is absolutely a pitiful excuse for a keyboard, and the app is even worse. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience...the keyboard rarely pairs, and once paired it has to be repaired every time which is a complete waste of time. A WASTE of over $100.
Useless
The app can not be used for updating the newest firmware which the iPad version above iOS 9.1. It needs to be updated for the new version of iOS.
