Not working at all
I have a QWERTY keyboard but the app keep showing me an AZERTY interface. Plus, the shortcuts won't work even when the app is running in the background. Tried to send an email to the support team through the app, and then I got an instant reply saying that my mail was "refused" cause the support team only accept email from within their organization... Wow!

Still doesn't work iOS 9.1 and above
The title pretty much sums it up. Either Apple made a change in 9.1 that prevents Qode from ever operating and Belkin refuses to admit it, or Belkin's programmers are incompetent. There simply is no excuse for Belkin to advertise a feature (Qode software) for their Qode keyboards that will not work anymore. We're already into 9.2.1 and they have nothing for 9.1 and above? Sounds like fraud to me.

Oh Crap App! Waiting for an update to work with updated iOS for ages now
The keyboard is nice (I'm typing with it, sic!) but this app which offers the option to launch other app with shortcuts does not work at all since I purchased the keyboard....

Needs New Firmware
Love the keyboard, but the app can't be updated to newer firmware if you are on an iOS newer than 9.1. This means I am stuck on the original firmware, and the app only serves to show the battery level.
Pretty useless
Great keyboard, although the app is pointless. It won't allow you to update the firmware despite it asking you to each time you open it. Doesn't serve much purpose, as the rest of the iPad functionality will tell you the battery level remaining.

Worthless
Only able to get instructions on how to pair and a link to Belkin website to purchase more products. Highly disappointed in Belkin for even allowing this app to be available. IPad Air 2. iOS 9.2.1
Good Idea but not being kept up to date with iOS versions

Does not Work
Horrible App. I have been trying to update my keyboard for three months and the app never works. There is always a failure. This is, frankly, pathetic. At least give us the option to plug into a computer to update.
Useless on iOS 9.2 +
This app does absolutely nothing for you if you have upgraded to iOS 9.2 +. I cannot update the firmware nor can I use any of the app shortcuts. I also use the zoom accessibility and it is extremely laggy when panning around the screen white inside the app. Get with the times, Belkin, and update this app!!!
