Tells me my keyboard needs an update, then informs me that there is no way to do the update
Apparently this app only works on back level iOS levels. Not very useful if you keep your iPad up to date.

No firmware for iOS9.1+ yet
It has been a long time since we have been getting a message that there is a firmware update, but that iOS9.1+ is not supported, which means most of the iPad devices cannot upgrade. Please provide some good product life cycle support...
Firmware Update will not upload
App may work great, but I have tried multiple times to upload the firmware it says I need, but it fails every time. Good news is by key board case seems to working fine for now. App has not contributed to it, however.
Developer needs to get with 9.2 update
Can't install latest firmware as it is not comparable with IOS 9.2. This has been out long enough for Belkin to have had an update and why did that not get apart of the December update. Love the keyboard but with not having ability to keep firmware up to date is frustrating. BELKIN PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!

Bad Experience and you should know...
I have bought a QODE keyboard because i found the idea great. Tried to make it work, nothing. After hours with support (web/tel) ..The app pairs only with few recent ones.
(I got mine last week!!! Not 6 month AGO!)
-Beware, They will do Nothing at Belkin because of their so called Policies.. It wasnt the first, but its my last Belkin product. They got the chance to save this bad experience, didnt.

Not Very Helpful...
Well the only thing the App does is allow you to have keyboard shortcuts to other Apps which is relatively useful, but the thing is you need the app up and running at all times to be able to use the shortcuts. Furthermore, not all apps are supported, it doesn't search your phone for Apps, it has a list of apps for some reason.
Second, there's a send feedback button down at the bottom... It doesn't work. You just get an e-mail message telling you your e-mail failed to send because the e-mail address you're sending a message to only accepts mail from certain people... I guess it updates firmware, but my own keypad is still buggy for some reason.

Lifesaver APP
I have been using a Belkin keyboard for nearly two years and it would routinely lose connectivity with my iPad. This meant I had to open settings on my iPad, go to Bluetooth, and reconnect; a time consuming, disruptive, and annoying distraction. This APP has fixed that. It allowed me to download and install a firmware update that has fixed the problem and my keyboard stays linked, or relinks automatically after a short delay. This is the single greatest productivity enhancing APP I've ever installed. Thanks to Belkin, although providing it sooner would have saved me years of frustration.

Got a Battery gauge and Updates
It's a decent app. I can see my battery level and update the firmware when needed. But it's pretty much a useless app. Every time I try to customize the keys with the app, it crashes. The latest update helped but not by much.
Connection issues and software updates
Very Buggy!! Lot's of software conflicts with keyboard not working with certain apps and detecting keyboard. Very Frustrating!! Every time you try to download firmware updates it keeps saying firmware error turn off and back on again, but keeps doing the same thing!!
