App not working
This app hasn’t been working in days. Tried contacting support with no response. Just loaded more money on it and it’s not working. Should be removed from app store immediately.
Brilliant customer service
I was their customer for several years and provided excellent service for international calls, last month I had issue with calling to mobile of destination and the customer service was brilliant and sorted out the issue and I am very happy of their service.
Best calling application
I have used Talk 360 with excellent results, so far have never been disappointed with the quality of the call or places I need to call so far for many years using this service.
There no fees other than the reasonable cost of each call that always has been surprisingly low. Do highly recommend to all who needs a reliable long distance service.

Everything is functioning perfectly. The call quality is excellent, and the rates are more affordable compared to others. The customer service is also very responsive. Overall, a solid 10/10. 👏
First class -Reliable service
I had to try numerous services similar to this that all over promised and under delivered (take a bow TTNC in particular).
Talk360 where the only provider that delivered a service as promised for a fair fee that was stated upfront throughout, it was VERY easy to use and their customer service set the standard. Highly recommended.

Calls cannot be completed
Since 1 month and 2 weeks ago, all of my calls to Hong Kong cannot be completed. Tech support has been trying to resolve this problem for 2 weeks now, they just tell me to keep trying to make calls. All of these failed calls were still charged to my account. I can’t keep waiting. I give up now!
WhatsApp v Talk360 🤔
For the past year and a half, 95% of my calls have been made on WhatsApp. 80% of those calls, gave been of an awful quality.😩 For the past four weeks, I have made a WhatsApp call, then called my client on Talk 360, and asked them to switch between the two calls and they immediately said the talk 360 was much clearer and Massively more stable.😃 It is worth paying every single penny that it cost me to speak to somebody on talk 360 because it gets the job done rather than having to repeat, recall, text , and more importantly, frustrating oneself having to repeat things on WhatsApp.😡 Talk 360 have my 101% support💪🏽👏🏼💪🏽👏🏼👍
