Faint orange everything
I am very colour blind but this really helps. It turns out everything I own is actually faint orange. Absolutely everything. Here I thought I was buying different colour clothes

Those who gave this a great review obviously haven’t spent time surveying those who aren’t colorblind to see if the shift is accurate. It is not even close.
Great app - not perfect yet
I hate to throw around a phrase like “life changing” but I’m tempted. Color Blind Pal is a pal indeed, helping me make the least of my deuteranopia. But I really wish it would do just a couple more things. 1) Front facing camera (so I can use it to help with my makeup and outfits); 2) Remember my settings, because it’s super annoying to have to switch modes and adjust the hue range every single time I open it. I thank the developers for this great app, and hope they keep on developing it!

Awesome app.
As an ophthalmologist I struggle to explain to parents what it means to be colorblind. This app is a perfect way to show people what their child’s world looks like. We can never fully understand someone else’s perception but this is a huge help. I’m so impressed that it is free. Awesome app.

Very Helpful
I am red/green colorblind and I work with electronics that insist on using these colors. This app has helped me a ton. I have not had to ask anyone “is this red?” Since getting it. Image quality could be a little better since my iPhone X camera should be crystal clear. Small price for being able to tell if something is purple though :).

Great HELPFUL App
I’ve used this app for years and just got around to writing a review. I am colorblind and often feel embarrassed telling people. Having this app is super helpful for me. I cannot thank the developer enough.

Whoever invented this app...you are a life saver and a genius!!!! Thank you soooooo much for this!!!!!! I stopped wearing color a long time ago and stick to only black cause it’s the one color I know for sure I don’t mess up. Now that I have a son, trying to dress him on my own has been a nightmare. In between shades are sooo hard for me to see and identify, half his clothes I’m not even sure what they are so trying to match things are quite difficult. With this app it has just helped me soooo much. I open it all throughout the day for various reasons. A million times thanks to the app creator! Poor lighting, causes for sometimes false reads, but in regular lighting, it seems to always get the colors right for me! Life saver!!

Wonderful app
The color recognition could be a little better, but as someone who is red/green colorblind, this app helps me out a lot. It’s also the only app I could find that doesn’t have any adds or in app purchases, thank you to the devs who actually wanted to help someone instead of make money off of them.
