  • Bhoj ruined my Day!

    I have been it’s customer since the 6-8yrs I guess and I have always appreciated their service but along with expansion, came the upsetting day. I finally had opportunity to celebrate Father’s Day together with my dad after 19yrs. It was always over the phone and video calls and Bhoj ruined it flat out!! I kept calling them time and again and I had placed order a day earlier for 9am next day, knowing how busy it wud be on the Father’s Day. I kept calling till 10am!! No one informed me abt the item being unavailable nor abt the delay. I even called at 8:30am to confirm abt the delivery and was still not told anything and finally they called me at 10:40am for delivery and few items being unavailable! By that time, my dad had already left for airport! Had they informed me earlier or even told me when I called, I wud have gone myself to get my orders!! U guys just didn’t care what it meant for people like me who hardly gets to celebrate festivals with family. I don’t think I will ever view Bhoj again in such high regards as I did before coz I will never be able to forget how this day went by!

  • The person who was supposed to pick the order didn’t picked it

    I ordered food all the way from melbourne. Its definitely not about the money. Its about the emotion that you guys dont care about. The order was accepted by 3:38 and was supposed to be deliver by 4:39 or earlier. I was peacefully waiting untill 4.39 then there was no any response. While calling to the store the person on the phone says the person didn’t came to pickup. Like seriously? So are we supposed to let our money waste because of some person being irresponsible at the first place and the bhoj team not trying to communicate? It was such an unacceptable behaviour! I am making sure none of the person that i know will use bhoj from now onwards!

  • Bad Customer Support and Poor App Management

    So, I live in Aboard and Decided to Surprise my Family with some Pizza ..Therefore, I went to pizza Hut options in App and Ordered 2 veg pizza While , I accidentally selected Sunday pizza which I never know will be Available on Thursday Menu … A Big Blunder …Then I was Called by The Restaurant Informing about We can’t deliver today because of That Particular Offer …. Then I called Bhoj to Rectify it and They Agreed to do So, but I was never notified about Changes or They Never Answered my call Again after that last Conversation….So, Waste of Money and Time …Such a Pathetic Service and Never Ever Gonna use it Again …..As, of Now I don’t know about my Order Status and Customer Support never Answered my Queries Such a Pathetic and Un-Motivated Staff ….. I would have Rated it Zero If I Could Have… Thank you

  • Takes too long to deliver food and delivers incomplete order

    I ordered food through Bhoj (Butwal) on 21 july. They confirmed the order via call and informed me that it will take 1 hour to get the food delivered. However, it took more than 1.5 hours to get my food delivered. I believe it was a small order for 2 momo, 1 choila and additional jhol (which i paid for it) but sadly it wasn’t delivered. I didn’t receive all my orders. They delivered half of my food only which is pretty disappointing since they took an additional charge for delivery. I think they should probably focus of customer satisfaction rather than joining up new restaurants. You guys can do lot more better than this. It wasn’t my first time ordering food from BHOJ. Even the restaurant i ordered my food from won’t take that long to get my order ready. For some reason i took way more than the expected time to get my order delivered.

  • Worst customer service

    Sometime they said they can deliver in our place, some time they said my place is out of delivery zone. Every time I got my food cold.
  • Too slow delivery

    I had to visit the restro myself to get the food after waiting for over 3 hours :(
