The menu should have pictures on them so that we have an idea of what we are getting.
Today I ordered a pizza from this app and it's not cheap but the pizza was a complete disaster. The service is good but I wish we could get the value for our money. Not good at all
Unhappy with the services you guys provide. No coordination within the team and service is very poor. I ordered few items for my family so that they can celebrate in festive seasons. Each and every time I've made an order, all they've received is less than half stuffs and phone call saying the items are unavailable. Why do you put items on the website if it's out of stock. Also, the ordered foods and goods are for the special occassion on a specific day. What's the point of delivering next day. I wanted my family members to be jolly and happy when they receive package not phone calls with items not available things. They cannot even enjoy properly. You guys need to only list items that are in stock in the app rather than giving excuses to the customers. Very unprofessional.Show lessRobana Maharjan
Terrible service. Utterly disappointing.
Yesterday at 1 pm, I preordered a baked cheesecake for delivery at 6 pm today. Yet, at 5:45 pm, I received a call canceling my order as the bakery hadn't made the cake. Given the urgent need for a birthday cake, I asked for an alternative and they said they could provide a 1 kg no-bake cheesecake from Hermann. However, the delivered cake was a 1 pound, not 1 kg. And, I was charged Rs. 150 for delivery despite the short distance, which costs exactly Rs. 100 via Pathao.
Bhoj’s service is terrible. Their blunder ruined my brother’s birthday party. And now they’ve lost a customer who has been with them since 2017.Show lessNana Stha

I made an order and the it took 3 hrs to delivery. Very bad experience and customer service is worse.James03438
Worst experience
Ordered for the first time. Late night. They accepted the order at first and later denied saying i was out of their service area and asked me to come to a near by place in order to pickup the order. Also asked to wait 2 hours if i would want the order. Also the money transfer back to the original payment option would take upto 7 days.Show lessRzoro0

Late Service
Although things have been made very convenient and comfortable for people to order food whilst you sit at home, the service has been absolutely rubbish on many occasions, ETA is very inaccurate and when you call to talk about the issue, all they can do is apologise. This i feel is a major issue on the management side of things, i highly DO NOT reccommend using this app. It is better to quick go to the restaurant itself or using a different app as there are many other available.Show lessBissyL
