No phone number no delivery
I create an account without a Nepalese number. I order and pay, but then 40min later I see that my order is on hold since I received an email. It really starting to get late so I cancel then order. I just didn’t received my payment back and I don’t see it anywhere in the app. Wow now I need to manage this whole thing. Don’t use if you don’t have a local number.Show lessJp007.1

Bhoj was good when it started but now as it got popular, It’s not the same. App doesn’t work well, customer service sucks. You don’t get any reply from them for 2 days or May be more.fhjskowojhgwhsjisisi
Inconvenience
Yesterday I ordered food from bhoj deals. I ordered it around 13:05 and the estimated delivery time was 14:04. At 14:20 rider called me and told me he had some problem so he would be 10/15 mins more late. I waited 20 mins more but still food didn't came then I texted bhoj deals 2 times they just left me on seen. Food finally came around 15:10 I don't know why Nepali companies just ignore their customers whenever some problem araise. They takes customer as granted. Neither the bhoj deals apologized me for inconvenience nor the rider did.Show lessnyn5001
