I ordered a large Biryani from Hyderabad house and specifically mentioned that I need extra onions and Shalan over the Bhoj deal app. I got a call from bhojdeal to confirm the order.I confirmed the same and ask them for extra onions and shalan over Phone again. When I received the order the qty of onion and Shalan was only for one person where as a large biryani is served for four people.
There was probably a communication gap from bhojdeal and Hyderabad house.Show lessGauravGolchha

disgusting delivery service. delivery guy said he can deliver to kausaltar but not to thimi. Could have begged for extra money. I would have thrown extra bucks easily on his face.gavbnsms

convenient but..
I have used Bhoj app 4-5 times now and its nice to know someone there helping our families under this pandemic. No trouble with deliveries but the veggies most of the time get delivered either rotten or very ripe which my mom had to throw most of the time, waste of money I guess and not good communication.. very hard to reach to the provider if we have got some issues. So make sure to check items esp veggies when they get deliverered.Show lessK_S 2o2o
