My sister forgot baby blankets and children’s toys in the trunk of the car, and when I called the company, the manager contacted me and replied that the things were there. When I went to the company’s office, I did not find anything. I left my number and a message to communicate with the company, and the employee told me that we would deliver her home, and that’s it. Disrespectful and disgusting attitude
I’ve been taking this car service for over 17 years and the service that’s being provided naw is disgusting these people who can barely speak English pulls up with attitude and talk to your crazy always speeding driving crazy clove lake really get this service together paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with attitude from the driverShow less🙄nonya
Worst company!
Literally worst company on the island, not car service but company. People in the office are so rude. Only reason I use them sometimes is cause you can order a car on the app. Only good thing is they are cheaper than Uber and Lyft but lots of times you will have to wait a long time so I just pay the extra money for Uber.Show lessDpress1022
Terrible experience, poor showing of business.
Ordered can hours in advance. Finally arrived 49 minutes late, complaining of traffic at nearly midnight. Then had the gall to ask for extra tip upon drop off. Unacceptable way to conduct business, will not use again.👎🏻 bad!!!
Never call late nights
This is the worst service I've had for any cab service took over an hr after i called and made me wait longer after i called back never call them if u need a cab late at night worst service in staten island and during the day also never on time running lateperu_69
Useless Garbage
It won’t let you add a credit card so it’s absolutely worthless. It lets you put all the info in but then when you tap to finish it says “Oops something went wrong try again”. Garbage and a total waste of time.MiaNY24

Dear MiaNY24, Sorry for the inconvenience, the in app wallet it’s currently not working. You can create a profile by skipping the wallet option. Then you may use the app and pay with cash or credit card. All our vehicles are equipped with card readers which except all major credit cards,Apple Pay, Android pay etc. We hope to have this fixed in the near future. Management Clove lake cars0/10
Extremely racist, would not come into my community for pick up which resulted in me loosing my job. Very rude and disrespectful dispatcher, lied about why the cabs where being cancelled and proceeded to purposely not answer my calls. Would not recommend for anybody just call matamoros 👍🏾.s.i. traveler

Friendly drivers, only problem is:
Takes 20 minutes - a hour to get a car. They only come if there in the area??? Your a cab service if I book a car it shouldn’t frequently take a hour every time. Still affordable prices and let you pay cash in cab.anyrheans
Payment error
When entering in a payment method and you get to the State field . An error message comes up stating invalid your must enter state . I have tried numerous ways even different states. I live in NY I entered the correct state that is connected to the card payment I’m entering in still nothing works. So can not add any type of card payment at all .Show lessNY NIK

We got a ride from our hotel to the Staten Island Ferry. Very nice driver. Then when we called for a ride from the ferry terminal back to our hotel, the operator was very rude and said they don’t go there. We went with another company.jamped23
