Worst shopping experience ever, I bought a watch for 100$ and apparently you can’t exchange!!! that’s it. Barely 3 hours later I changed my mind and went back to the store and I’m told I can’t exchange or refund the item.. it’s worse than buying from cheap discount stores in Dubai.. day2day/ gift market are better ….at least they have a 7-day return policy absolutely zero consumer right..the cashier super arrogant told me it’s not her it’s the management which to be honest is true she is just following the rules.. if I could rate the shopping experience even less that 1 star i would.. absolutely disgusting!!!!Show lessVidaqi
