Hi - my online credit voucher is not working. I returned some clothes ordered online. No one is answering email. I sent multiple emails with screen shot showing the code is not working. This has been going on for two months now. I went to the store two days ago but they said they cant help with online credit. I am so close to call Customer Complaint department.
