    The Beltsville Manager was so very professional and her customer service skills were impeccable. She was amazing! Big shout out! When I can go back out u am going to that branch to say hello and thank you! I never received that kind of customer at my branch.
  • Wonderful

    This app is wonderful. I don’t need to leave the house to use it. You can see what is going on in your account at anytime.
  • Keeps crashing

    Trying to make a remote deposit and the app crashes before transaction is complete. I’ve tried from 2 different devices. And no one answers the phone or put on hold. So what now???
  • Convenience

    I like the app, but please make it easy to see my checking and savings account numbers and routing number.
  • Terrible app

    This app gets more frustrating every time I use it. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this app for Bill Pay. Not reliable at all.
    A good portion of the time the application requires multiple attempts to post a payment. Then it may take three days or more for payments to process. (Purchases at merchants go through instantly, but payments take three days. WHAT?).
    Recently the app told me that it could not process a payment at this time. So, I went to the merchants site and paid. Later that same day, the Credit Union app DID process the same payment, without me reposting. Two payments, large, to the same merchant,(auto). Of course the CU told me there was nothing that they could do as about it, except a claim, that would take two weeks to process.
    Please do not use Bill Pay.
  • App locks you out

    The app doesn’t allow you to verify your email address. For some unknown reason the app doesn’t refresh monthly saying “there’s something that needs your attention” and you have to log into the website for it to only be that you have to verify your email address. That’s ridiculous. What does verifying my email address online have to do with seeing my balance.

    Im happy to have a mobile app. Though it needs a little more teaks. Gave it 3 stars because it will tell me my account needs some review and i have to log on my computer every other day. Its really annoying. Other than that, it has all the information i could ask for even mobile deposit.
  • Poor synchronization from bank to app.

    The app is not good at uploading the most current bank balance. Majority of the time my transactions will load but the account balance will not update. Any time after that, nothing will update and the app will give you an error message. The app is user friendly and the layout is nice. It also has the option add your other Banks's that you have all accounts in one app. But the times when the app gives you up to date bank balance and current transaction information is very far and few. Hopefully if someone can fix this one issue then the app would be very useful.
  • Horrible

    This new app is horrible. The old app was so much better. This one doesn't update the way it should with account activity and always says there is an alert on the account and when I check the account on the main website, there are no issues with it. Plus it allows me to see activity on an account, I don't want to have access to with no way to block it.
