OMG is this terrible

Worst app ever. I didn’t think it could get any worse and then about a year ago they upgraded it, I was wrong. Easy things like auto fill saving credit cards being able to correct a typo in my name. You can get through it and you can get valid tickets butit’s a painful operation.

Awful update

The new app is a terrible update for what used to be a decent experience. I’m very confused by the removal of user accounts. The app appears to be following the food quality & service experience.

Terrible

-No login option anymore
-purchases don’t save
-order book disappears if you accidentally leave the page
-new design is garbage

It’s 2022 learn how to make an application

Near IMPOSSIBLE to buy tickets.

This app really needs to consider hiring different software engineers because the ones currently there are complete garbage.

Just buy tix at theater

Or consider another theater. Buying online feature doesn’t work. Errors galore. App only good for showing movie showtimes.

The only thing that works is movie tickets purchase

Nothing under user profile really works .. no history , no credits, no rewards . Disappointing!

Only good at viewing showtimes

I’ve tried many times to purchase tickets on this app. I’m able to select a theatre, showtime, number of tickets and seats. The SLIDE TO PAY feature is trash. I slide from left to right as instructed, and the whole app freezes. I have to log onto my laptop to buy tickets, but the seats I had chosen previously in the app are still reserved and unavailable. So dumb!

Come on guys, get this app cleaned up

You charge $9 for a fountain soda, I think you guys can afford to get this app fixed. It’s barely useable. It took me 3 minutes to enter my credit card expiration date bc the slider/wheel function does not work. The app didn’t save the tickets I was finally able to purchase, good thing they were emailed to me. For the last few days there are no movies showing on the main landing page, I can’t pre-order Thor Love and Thunder even though every other theater is doing pre-sales. There are tons of bugs and it’s been 8 months since there has been a bug fix. Your sales literally depend on this app functioning. The website is unusable as well.

I’m convinced a monkey made this app

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a worst app since the first iPhone came out. Even the website is completely useless.I signed up for an account on the website and it worked, I try to use that same login on the app and it says no member found.
I go through the entire process of picking my movie, my seats, entering my credit card info, and when I try to press submit button does absolutely nothing. Same thing like on the website. I find it extremely asinine that the theater is so luxurious and high-end yet the method to obtain tickets is on the level of having to hire a pigeon courier to the theater for my tickets. I think the absolute worst part of all, is that with all these negative reviews explicitly detailing what the problem is, nobody seems to make a difference in fixing it. I guess I’ll continue going to Cinepolis since I can buy tickets without a pigeons assistance.
