I'll try it
I noticed complaints here that the app vendor is unresponsive to updates. So I added my local Walgreens, which is (1) NOT listed in this app, and (2) DOES accept Apple Pay (as I believe all Walgreens are supposed to do.
I do note that the map this app uses is SEVERAL YEARS out of date. The building shadow is for a Baskin Robbins that was torn down about 7 years ago. A Walgreen's was put on this site at least 2-3 years ago.
I'll see if there is any update in response. In the meantime I'll give it a 3.

App is a joke
Update June 2016: Apple Pay doesn't work on Apple 5/5s and only recently started supported working on the SE. Why in the world would the app not support iPhone 6/6s displays? This app is still a joke.
Update: this app is really bad everything is all stretched out. The only place that has Apple Pay according to this app is a subway restaurant in Lima Peru. Don't waste your time with this app hopefully someone else will make something better.
Not adjusted to iPhone 6(s) plus display. Crashes constantly. When I search for a location it says there aren't pay locations near me, but I know there are, and the app itself shows the location near me on the map.Show lessmillion7
Not attempt at accuracy
The app is a great idea in theory, but there doesn't seem to be any effort to update locations based on user feedback. I have made multiple entries indicating that Home Depot does not accept Apple Pay. Nothing has been updated. I have also provided feedback that some retail chain locations have been closed for years. Some retailers have been closed prior to the launch of Apple Pay, yet they remain on the list. A little effort would be nice on the part of the developers. Great Big Fat Nope
Downloaded this app on a recommendation from a random customer service rep at BofA. Fortunately it was on WiFi and not via cellular data. This app has a dated interface (read "huge buttons") and bizarre navigation. It showed half a dozen icons within a 2 block radius for the same establishment/address. Not very good execution and certainly not worth the time.Show lessGilturgon
Dim Witted, incomprehensible and Frustrating
To begin the user interface is very confusing a problem exacerbated by the complete lack of any instructions or information on the specific function of the various buttons and controls aside from the cryptic symbols that represent them. This makes navigating the app and getting the information you're interested in, very complicated, tedious and frustrating. These things in addition to the high probability that when using the app many people will be out, in their cars and quite possibly under a time constraint (such as looking for a place to eat on ones lunch break) all add up to an app that's more trouble than it's worth and in my experience you're better off getting a list of all the businesses that accept Apple Pay from Google and then simply searching which of those happen to be around you... Somewhat Useful
I like this App, however, I have written a few updates regarding stores that are now taking Apple Pay and aren't listed, and others that are listed as accepting Apple Pay but actually don't. None of those listings ever get updated. This App can only be useful if the updates are corrected promptly. My friends have recommended me this great application. I have downloaded and tried it for a few days. This application is very useful for find where to use Apple Pay. Very easy to use and easy to find out. The graphics and displays are awesome. Thanks to the developer, you have created an amazing application for iOS user. Great concept Weak follow through
Great concept in theory. It could be more useful with updates. I've submitted 2 new places, several months ago, none have been added to the map/list. I also recommended a place to be added and nothing happened. The app is supposed to be quasi interactive with the developer having to actually enter the new locations based on user input, but I get the feeling that this app has been abandoned. Good features and user friendly
