Address issue
I would think an accurate address database would be key to a business that delivers to, you know, people’s addresses. I can get through 90% of the account creation process. I can input my address just fine, but when I get to the step to validate my address it’s not listed. I don’t live in a remote area. I’m not hidden in anyway shape or form. My address auto populates just fine in the first step, but it’s no where to be found in this extra step. Sorry, that’s just stupid. I can call in my order just fine. Fix your app please.

It’s been 2 years since y’all have made any updates to the app. Fix this so it is easier for customers.
App is average
Food is better than others but the app is t great. With working from home and constantly being on meetings, a tracker would be great like all your competition has. Please bring it
Upset
We ordered pizza plus others. And waited over an hour an called back to be informed that our order was waiting on a driver..really?? And the manager never tried to make it right. So sad
Map broken
It worked once or twice. Then the map said I am outside of the delivery area. I’m not. If I didn’t like the pizza over the competitors, I would just delete it and not order again. Pretty worthless app.

App takes you to a webpage based on your location where you can order from your local store. Was an easy process!
Could not even take my order over the phone
They sent us an advertisement with 20%off coupon for using their app. App would not accept their code. App made me think I lost my order 3 times. Finally told me to call, that was not any better. Gave up on ordering even though I could see it in the app.
Don’t bother downloading
It’s just a store finder. You can do that on a web browser. The whole point of a foodie app is to order food.

Don’t bother. It is basically a guide to find their nearby stores. So when you download it and first open it up the app asks you to search for your address. There’s no way to login to your account to see all saved info. Okay fine. So I search for my address and it pulls up my usual store and had a red “order” button. This would make me think I’d be ordering on the app. Wrong. It takes me to their website which makes me login and order from there. So I’m not sure what the point of the app is other than to waste space on my phone. I love their pizza but their app and their website are horrible.

Incredibly poor execution
Vocelli’s has good pizza, but their app and websites are horrible. The app does not recognize online accounts, nor does it let you order online from all stores - including stores that allow online ordering from the website. I’m not sure how this company is keeping up with others with even passably user-friendly sites and apps.
