They just allow to go to some preset amount which is not good enough for driver to complete the ride. Riders wants to pick them up from their home and drop at work that will cost more to driver due to extra time and KMs. If person tried to provide ride to person outside of app according to fair price, they block your account. Pathetic app
Worst app ever. A customer requested for ride and his pick up and drop off timing doesn’t match with mine so I didn’t accept it and guess what poparide customer support permanently banned my account. Also, customer shared his number and he wanted to book ride outside of poparide app and after looking at conversation they blocked my id. I contacted them on support mail and still blocked my account. WOW !!! This is such a useless app. Google and iPhone App Store should ban this app permanently.Show lessNishdabh3

Thanks for the feedback. Currently, Poparide has a waiting period before payouts are released. This helps us identify and resolve any issues that might have arisen during the trip. My driver left me just because of 13 minutes delay! He refused to wait, he refused to refund.
There is no option in app to follow up such situations!!
On the other hand, in another trip the driver delayed about 1 hour!!

Asian noobs hack the reviews. I wanted to verify my drivers license, I contacted their customer support and this pathetics blocked my account instead of helping me or asking me. It was new account. Worst customer service ever.Truth_always_hurts_baby

Their is no privacy while using this app as they can access all our chats & read chats and block account using that chat, how can we trust this app with our licence data as they are requesting licence for verification, be aware of this scam appsunnymodi786

Accounts are typically suspended by our system if there's a breach to our Terms of Service. Even if a driver's account is suspended, payouts will still be processed. Our support team can manually review these cases, including pending payouts. Please email us at support@poparide.com, and we will gladly review your situation.
