Used to be great, now I can’t open app
I have been using this app for years- loved it! A few weeks ago, I get a message saying it won’t allow access to jailbroken phones. Thing is, my phone is not jailbroken. Went to my provider(T-mobile) to confirm and also talked to Frandsen in Lonsdale. They can’t help me. I use an iPhone 13 and keep up to date on updates. I can access my account on the web, but I want to use the app! HELP!!Show lessBajeanson

Popped up on my phone with all of my accounts available to do internal transfers in between …or for other outside bills. Fantastic!Dale A. W.
Not been working for months
This app use to work very well
But last many months it can not identify me, have had to change password several time which is a PAIN, sine I use many different browsers and devices so then all have to be reset. I deleted it
And am now going to reinstall and see if that will improve its workability- with hope mobile tech service will call me back because of course no one is available on weekend’s or evenings!Show lessBeckyjsc
