Erratic, but useful when it works.
When it works, it’s a helpful piece of software. However, I find that it is extremely finicky. Certain pages or functions will not work when accessed from one button, but will from the same button in another context. Access denied errors abound. Logging in is a constant struggle with a vpn on. Will be changing banks.
This has been the worst banking experience we have ever had. Local bank employees have been phenomenally friendly. That being said, the online banking experience, customer service, credit card service, and capabilities have not come close to meeting our expectations. What has been advertised and explained has been extremely misleading and very disappointing. As a small business, we were referred to Merchants by a much more reputable banking service as the “go to banking service for small businesses” as they have many added fees for small businesses. That being said, we will be switching to the banking service who referred us to Merchants.Show lessjessicadayayayayay
