So many problems all the time with rude customer service
Currently, it’s absolutely rinsing my new iPad Pro m4’s battery, even when the app is closed and device is not in use AdGuard drained the battery from 90% to 0% overnight and the battery settings says AdGuard was running in the background for all those hours.
It’s unusable if you want to actually use your device.
Additionally, even if you have the same settings across devices, the behaviour for as blocking etc is not the same.
So what’s the point of this app exactly if it works better on one device and worse on others AND totally wrecks your battery life?
Not good enough really, especially for such a shocking and honestly, upsettingly rude customer service when you do submit official tickets to them. I think it’ll be looking for a new service. Cannot recommend to anyone who values being spoken to like a human being. Just awful.
