This app is a scam. You go through a verification process, deposit money, you can transfer between currencies, then when you try to withdraw, boom you can’t. There’s always an issue no matter what you do. They’ll ask proof of the wallet you’re sending it to. You show proof, they need more proof. After you show all the proof possible, there’s another issue. It’s been an ongoing process for a month trying to withdraw my money. It’s always “declined due to an unresolved issue.” In total they’ve stolen $270 from me. Support is ran by bots with pictures of women and automated responses. DO NOT PUT MONEY INTO THIS APP, THEY WILL STEAL IT.

Be aware! They are scammers!
I was supposed to receive BTC on my wallet. The sender confirmed that the transfer was successful but I have never received it on my CEX wallet. I have emailed them, contacted through app support by sending the hash and the transfer link. But, nobody responded. You can see on the chat that the person is active, but for a day I sent messages and it was ignored. And they won’t even end the chat and there is no option from my side too. So, I couldn’t contact them again by a new chat. So, in summary my BTC was kept by them and I will never receive them. They are scammers, please be aware of them.

These all 5 start they gain from fake account, i deposite 100$ usdt, they charge 5$ and when i bought SUI, they again charge 5$ for commssion again i convet to usdt so i can withdraw they afain charge 5$ and when i try to with they said again charge me 5$ even they doesnt give to withdrew so now i have 70$ they cut all my 30$ in servies fee.

Terrible verification process, don’t use
They’ve kept my money hostage for no reason. I’ve sent all the verification ID, etc but it’s not good enough for them. Now they want me to wait over a month (so far! Could be longer!) for another verification process while they sit on my money and they can’t give an eta because everyone is “different”. All I want to do is withdraw my money back to my bank account and never use them again because they want more information about everything and it’s ridiculous. But they won’t let me put my money back into my bank account because they need to verify other things. Avoid at all costs! The support is horrible! I would use negative stars if I could!

Held my money
I made a purchase on the app and I haven’t been able to withdraw my money for over two weeks and counting just for you guys to tell me I can only withdraw to the card I have on my account and I explained the card has been blocked, I even tried sending to the card so you could know it been blocked luckily it was declined and each time I try sending to the card and I explained this to the customer representative on the case but they kept mentioning I can only send to the blocked card how is that even possible saying they have a policy but does the policy says I should send money into a blocked card. Y’all need to be careful trading with them cause what can of a policy will want you to send money into a blocked card
