Fix The Verification Process!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry you are not happy with our verification process. Our users are of the highest priority for us, however, international and local regulations require CEX.IO to implement effective internal procedures in accordance with international standards for preventing illegal activity. One of them is customer due diligence (“CDD”). According to CDD, CEX.IO establishes its own verification procedures within the standards of anti-money laundering and “Know Your Customer” frameworks. What about the issue with the not accepted photo, kindly provide us with your user ID, so we could investigate your particular case more closely and do our best to resolve it.
Most bipolar AND inconvenient customer service I've experienced
I've emailed them about the issue (on avg they respond once per month) and re-provided my ID with selfies, Passport, Work Visa, and Utility Bill yet still was asked to further clarify where I reside.
Eventually the case closed within 5 days before I had the chance to respond to them and wait weeks for a reply.
Additionally asked in the past if any refunds for upgrades are possible and they dodged that question like the terrorist that I am.
This isn't service but paranoia, 2 months of this mess.

Great app
Only reservation is how coins were removed and we were charged fees to keep them on and now they added them again.... but that was likely due to a quiet market and saving on operational cost, now returned to the old approach with a great trading app.
Overall my trust of the company is greater than others in the competing space and along with this app and ability to handle alts this app and its platform win by far compared to similar platforms. (Unsure if segwit is supported, haven't checked...?)

Can't log in using a iphone 5C, brings up the main screen but can't enter the keys and camera doesn't turn on
