Hi NIMC@13, Thanks for your feedback. We know there were some technical issues with the roll-out of our new app over the summer, which meant the process wasn't as smooth for you as it should have been. We're sorry about this, and have updated our release management processes to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm pleased to say the issues have since been resolved, and so you shouldn't encounter any problems with more recent versions of the app. As of today (29/11/18), the latest version is 3.2.1. I'd love to hear your feedback on the most recent version of the app, so please let us know what you think. All the best, James
