Reviews of Pan Lapse_Rotating Camera Stand

  • This is a good product but the app is missing a key feature

I am a Realtor. The reason I purchased the product is so I could do 360 degree videos with my iPhone as I walk around a room giving a short description of the home I am in.

So as the phone rotates I walk around at the same pace so the phone follows me.

The problem is that I see no way to set the app to begin the rotation a few seconds after I hit the button to start recording. As it is I have to start the device, switch to my photos app, select the video option and start the recording.

It would be so much better if your app could control the photos app and select to record after a 3, 6 or 10 second delay. Another great feature would be to be able to set your device to make one rotation then stop and either stop recording or continue to record for 3,6 or 10 seconds. This way no editing would be needed to make the video ok for sharing.

Another great feature would be the ability to control the device from my Apple Watch.

I feel that this app could do so much more without requiring a huge effort by your programmers.
