Best Farming App in existence!!
I have been in the real estate business for 19 years and have tried countless farming tools over the course of my career. This app is the best farming app I have ever used. Other apps from title companies don’t even compare to this one in user friendliness, relevant maps and info and the ability to make notes. It makes it easy to work whenever you want without tons of preparation on the neighborhood beforehand. All info right there at your fingertips. And it easily transfers all Property info and personal notes made into whichever CRM you are using. Highly recommend this amazing tool for any realtor serious about farming!

If you're a farmer/doorknocker and you don't have this app you are definitely losing out! The team has been working on this app for a couple years and it's getting better and better with less glitches this is the app to have.

No other app like this. Yes it has some bugs however the advantages are much more than the cons!
They went in my head and made an App.
Unbelievable; this app is just incredible. A top producer in my office who ONLY door-knocks introduced me to it; he used the app Spotico but said this is 100% better. You plan, organize, fine tune, monitor, and follow up with your door-knocking. And it's not just the app's door-knocking, you send letters, and edit or create templates....And so much more I have yet to discover; BUT at the same time it's simple, good looking, and user friendly.
It DOES so much more than other apps don't do, it populates MLS and Title info right in your phone or tablet so that you can have an informed conversation about current real estate on the spot with people you talk to.

This app has taken the guesswork out of door knocking and helped leverage time and resources. The follow up system is amazing as well.
Finally!
Finally, an app that gives me the edge I need in finding and dominating my farming area. For years I found myself rampaging around town like a total jackfruit, but then I realized I need to take a step back so I can read to achieve. I did some research on the Internet and came across this great app that serves up a great combo of tools that help me be successful.
