  • Refuses to run on iOS beta versions

    With no warning messages or notifications, UOB TMRW just refuses to run on the latest iOS 18 beta even though so many other banking apps run fine. Support email from UOB just tells me to use the web browser version. But this entails using the SMS 2FA to sign in on web browser which is not as safe as the digital 2FA on the app - which is precisely why UOB is phasing out the SMS 2FA in July 2024.

    So in summary, UOB is telling me that for my safety, they have stopped my app from running on my phone that has the latest software. And their solution, is to use the web version and use the 'less safe' SMS 2FA since the app 2FA is not useable - since they blocked the app from running.

  • App doesn’t work with iPhone mini 13

    App doesn’t support iPhone mini running IOS 17.5.1 as unable to enter OTP on initial sign in due to number pad obscuring where you are meant to enter the OTP

    App crashes.

  • Why Tbills is not shown on the mobile app?

    Hey app team, please enable the showing of tbills in the app. If SGS bonds are able to be shown, please do the same for tbills. Thank you.

  • No Mighty FX on web banking

    Mighty FX currency exchange function is APP only. Disgusting way to force customer to use mobile device to collect more data.

  • App does not work on iPad

    The digital token cannot be activated on iPad with iOS 15.8.2.
    Tried to reinstall but is still unable to work.

    Error message keeps popping up saying “Re-install your app or call 1800 222 2121 for assistance.

    Contacted Customer service but not getting any resolution to this issue.

  • Unit Trust redemption has a bug, not allowed to Sell

    Since the recent update, the redemption is not allow to sell. Called customer service, they said they are not unit trust specialists, cannot help. Web version have no unit trust features. Now my money stuck.I need help!
