  • Scam Notice

    It’s been a month or more already and every time I log in to the tmrw app, I still have to acknowledge the scam notice. It is annoyingly tedious. Please have an option to not show this notice again!

  • Nice but

    I want to be able to turn off any push notifications they are marketing and not related to my account activity. Also, face ID login never works for me. I activate it and the next time I try to login, I have to activate it again.

  • It’s a pain

    I am traveling and I have to turn on my phone so that I can receive the otp via sms everytime i want to login. The roaming costs incurred is quite a bit. This is so not necessary.

You may register for digital token access in the UOB TMRW app. Digital token is a digital security token embedded in your mobile device that replaces SMS-OTPs and physical tokens. Please note that digital token requires internet connection to work since you're travelling. The digital token PIN is needed when adding a payee, updating mobile number or making transactions above the pre-defined limit. Please visit uob.com.sg/digtokenguide for the step-by-step guide on the digital token setup. Do let us know if you need any further assistance.   • 1 month+ of no mighty secure

    I reported a technical problem with my app over a month ago. UOB are very slow responding and still have not worked out the problem. This whole time, I have been unable to use PayNow and the app forgets all my preferences every time. The call center is hopeless because I get passed from one person to another but nobody ever offers a solution - the departments are too siloed. I was told the issue would be fixed today and it has not been fixed…

    Even with the best will in the world it is still not easy to focus on my own plans and needs.. which is then making me less inclined to interact or socialise which is the key thing I am craving..
