Leave a Review UOB TMRW
App has decided to quit on me:(
Error message appears (can’t insert screenshot!) & I can’t move past this stage. Says there is issue in my settings but all is correct. It just stopped working & even though I’ve called about issue I am yet to hear back.

Functional but poorly designed! Get your act together UOB!
It does what it needs to. Displays my bank balance. But the cracks begin to show when you try to do anything beyond that. For example, when I review my transaction history - charges don't show up for hours, making it difficult to review my spending. The interface is buggy and certain sections don't load. And of course, there's the occasional system maintenance during either early morning hours or late evening when your card truly becomes transformed into a piece of plastic and this app becomes pointless, because you can't connect to the banking server to verify either transactions or account info. Seriously, what is UOB's goal here?? To frustrate customers into moving to other banks? Cos that's exactly what I'm about to do...Show lessrohanmhatre

Overall excellent banking application! My only frustration is the restaurant review section. After paying for your meal with your credit card, a message will appear saying something like "looks like you just ate at XYZ restaurant, please leave a review". If you click ok, 50% of the time you will see the correct restaurant info, and with 3 simple clicks you can leave your review, and that's great. But! The other 50% of the time, you are presented with an endless list of restaurants, and you are expected to find it.... and if it's not there you are expected to enter in the details. It's really frustrating and annoying considering that the app knew the name of the restaurant when it asked you to do the review. So then I give up and don't review!Show lessPeter G Barber

Something very smelly going on here. I have written two reviews, giving a one star rating, under different nicknames and both times been told the nickname is taken and both reviews deleted. The second nickname was abracadabra. Hard to see that being taken. This time I'll try Mrs Tom Jones.
This is a very limited app. Can't update personal details or access estatements. UOB needs to take a long hard look at Australian internet banking sites which are excellent.Show lessMrs Tom Jones
